Has anyone ordered from petcare.com ?

I would like to know why a prescription is needed for revolution when it's strictly for dogs and cats?

“I ordered meds march21,2012, from petcarechoice. I had to contact the company to find out the meds were out of stock. They were sure to charge my credit card right away. Here it is may1,2012 and they finally called to say the meds are not available and for $40 more I can get another kind. Bait and switch for sure. Now I have to go back to the vet and see if they will give me 2 more prescriptions to fill. This company needs to be shut down. Very poor customer And would not recommend it to anyone.”
